Meet Te-Te and Cheesecake, a couple of bonded cat brothers who are our Pets of the Week from the Vanderburgh Humane Society.

Te-Te and Cheesecake's Story

Te-Te and Cheesecake are currently living at River Kitty Cat Cafe on the Main Street Walkway in downtown Evansville after initially arriving at the Vanderburgh Humane Society. They are a bonded pair, meaning they have grown up together since day one and prefer to be close to one another. While adoptable animals who have bonded can be adopted separately, it's preferred they be taken together.

According to the VHS, Te-Te and Cheesecake, "love playing and snuggling with people and one another." Their adoption fees are $80 each, but if you take them both, the VHS will knock $30 off. Like all the adoption fees at the VHS, that covers the cost of neutering, microchipping, and up-to-date vaccinations. All of which would be way more expensive if you paid for them individually.

If you're interested in Te-Te and/or Cheesecake or any of the other animals up for adoption at the Vanderburgh Humane Society, get a jump on the adoption process by filling out some of the paperwork in advance on the VHS website.
