It's Always Sunny: Evansville Shelter Dog Looking for a Home

This lovable boy, Sunny, is looking for a forever home as our Vanderburgh Humane Society Pet of the Week.

The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director, Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." They also have them of all ages, from puppies and kittens that are weeks old to dogs and cats that have been around for a while. So there is an excellent likelihood that the VHS will have a pet that fits your lifestyle! Each week we feature a pet of the week from the VHS along with Piece of Cake Bakery, and this week we've got an adorable boy named Sunny!

Meet Sunny...

Sunny is available for adoption right now, and he is perfect for any home. Here's what the Vanderburgh Humane Society says about Sunny:

The shorter days got you down? Try adding some Sunny to your life! This 10-year-old guy is still very youthful and loves going on walks, eating all the snacks, and spending quality time with humans AND dogs. Originally brought to Animal Control as a stray, not much is known of Sunny’s past… All we know is that your future will be bright if you pick him! Apply online at vhslifesaver.org, his $200 adoption fee includes his neuter, registered microchip, and up-to-date vaccines.
