It Takes a Village No-Kill rescue is at it again at the Fall Festival with a menu full of delicious Cajun food, as a lover of dogs and Cajun food, how could I not stop by??

You get to eat Cajun food, and support a local rescue?  I don't really see what could be better.

It Takes a Village has their annual Cajun booth at fall fest, complete with Catfish sandwiches the size of your head, jumbalaya, Jumbalaya's Drunken Cousin (I had it today and it's TO DIE for), Cajun hush puppies, and white chocolate bread pudding that is the most delicious thing I think I've ever tasted in my life.  Booth 108 is where you can find all the Cajun deliciousness.

Today I had the pleasure of talking with Susan the President/CEO of ITV, and she talked about all the delicious food in the booth, and of course she made sure we had all the delicious Cajun food our hearts (and bellies) could handle!

Also Mary and I tried the famous white chocolate bread pudding we've been hearing about, and well, it deserved it's own video.
