Obesity is one of THE most talked about topics today and everyone has an opinion. There have been many public service campaigns about obesity, some that get a lot of attention for various reasons, and some that get almost no attention. A new video campaign is raising more than a few eyebrows and some say it goes too far. The video starts with an overweight male being wheeled into the ER and when the medical staff begins to work on him, he sees his life of dietary choices from present back to infancy, which basically chronicles how he arrived at the ER in the first place.

As someone who has struggled with weight my entire life and is STILL overweight, I wasn't shocked by this video and didn't necessarily think it went too far, but it wasn't what I expected and it DID get my attention, which I'm sure was the ultimate goal of the producers.

Some say it will get your attention as it got mine, like I said....while others are calling it fat-shaming. Some of the people saying the message could be very damaging are in fact, obesity experts.

Honestly, I can see both sides of the argument, but I am very hesitant to to say it is one way or the other. My question is, what do you think? See and judge for yourself below.
