Obesity is one of THE most talked about topics today and everyone has an opinion. There have been many public service campaigns about obesity, some that get a lot of attention for various reasons, and some that get almost no attention. A new video campaign is raising more than a few eyebrows and some say it goes too far.

Election Day is Tuesday and based on what I hear from everyone, not a moment too soon. As with every election, we are being bombarded with political ads about candidates, issues and propositions, all of which have taken a very negative turn in recent years to the point of absurdity.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has proposed a ban on super-sized sodas in all restaurants, delis, sports arenas, movie theaters and street carts in New York City to battle the growing obesity problem and that has some screaming foul. Bloomberg's ban would include the sale of any and all large sodas and other sugary drinks in cups or bottles larger than 16 fluid ounces.

It has been a busy week for the folks at Facebook. Last week the company's first IPO didn't do as well as most had hoped and over the weekend, FB founder Mark Zuckerberg married his long time girlfriend, wearing a suit even....who knew he even owned a suit. Yesterday, Facebook's stock price took another tumble, but that didn't stop some diehard FB fans from writing a tribute song, the video for wh
