If you're like most, you have never really paid much attention to prancing and when you think about it, why would you for cryin' out loud? All of us have pranced at some point in our lives, whether it was in public or the privacy of our own home even though we would NEVER admit it. Well, Joanna Rohrback has created a new exercise craze called, 'Prancercise' and not a moment too soon. Who knew that prancing could have such great health benefits? Prancercising was actually inspired by horses and is kind of a rythmic way of moving forward in a way that doesn't necessarily look a prancing horse.

As much as some of us might think we can prance like Lipizzaner Stallions, I can assure you, we can't. Rohrback has actually written a book called. 'Prancercise: The Art of Physical and Spiritual Excellence'...yeah, really.

I don't know that I would want to be caught on camera doing this, but hey...to each his own, right? So, get off the couch, load your iPod with your favorite show tunes and Prancercise your way to better health.

Now, we will need someone to design some Prancercising pants...anybody wanna take that?? Is it just me, or does Ms. Rohrback remind anybody else of Flo the waitress from the TV show 'Alice'?

Check out the video below. Prance safe and prance happy my friends.
