It's like Peloton knew that we would need to start doing our group exercise classes at home. Even if you don't have the popular bike or tread from Peloton or other brands like NordicTrack, you can still get a good workout at home. You can actually download the Peloton app and select from a variety of workouts including: Yoga, Cardio, Meditation, Strength, Treadmill and Bike. The app is free for 30 days and $12.99 monthly. LesMills classes are also available through their app, with a free trial.

YouTube is full of so many free workouts, that I get lost just trying to pick one. So, I have gone through and found some that you might like.

I have a lot of friends that cannot live without Zumba. This dance workout incorporates some strength moves, too.

If you're missing Hot Yoga, this class is legit. I like to use a little heater in my workout room.

If you like the HIIT workouts, this is a good one that will bring the sweat, without any equipment.

Body Pump is a very popular strength class offered at many gyms. You will need some weights, but you don't have to have the exact same ones from your gym, to get a good workout.

Popsugar Fitness has a lot of great workouts to choose from. This is one of those channels that I get lost in, trying to choose just one, but here is a nice Pilates one that I think you'll like.
