Indiana is One of the 10 Most Stressed-Out States in America
Feeling stressed in Indiana? Apparently, you're not alone. Indiana is one of the most stressed-out states in America.
Stress. It's everywhere nowadays. It doesn't matter where you live, stress is always around. I don't know about you, but I have found that the older I get the more I stress about things. Whether it be stress over money, commutes, family, friends, or sports, everyone experiences stress. When it comes to the state of Indiana stress is apparently everywhere.
Wellness brand, Komowa, created a ranking of the most and least stressed states in America. According to CNBC:
<p>The company compared U.S. states based on 16 key indicators of stress including hours worked, credit card debt, divorce rates, commute times, and more.</p><p>Key indicators were grouped by similarities and boiled down to four main categories:</p><ul><li>Money stress</li><li>Work stress</li><li>Health stress</li><li>Family stress</li></ul>
Tennessee was named the most-stressed state. However, Indiana wasn't too far behind it.
How Stressed is Indiana?
Indiana came in as the tenth most stressed-out state in the country. I mean between the money stress, work stress, health stress, and family stress, it doesn't come as much of a surprise to me that we were so high on this list. I don't know a single person who isn't stressed about one or more of those issues in Indiana.
