Staying home and practicing social distancing is key to protecting yourself physically from the coronavirus. However, it's equally important during this time to take care of your mental health as well. The pandemic brings a ton of uncertainty every day which can lead to an incredible amount of fear and anxiety, while being home more, disconnected from friends and family, can have negative effects as well.

In an effort to help you navigate your feelings, clinical psychologist, and Vice President of Psychology and Wellness at Easterseals of Southwest Indiana, Dr. James Schroeder has been gracious enough to join us every Tuesday morning at 8:40 for the foreseeable future to answer any questions you may about how your feeling, or how to help your kids deal with their feelings during the COVID-19 crisis.

If you're viewing this on our website, you can easily submit your question using the form below. If you're viewing it on our mobile app, the easiest way to submit your question is through an instant message by tapping "Message" on the home screen.

If you're not comfortable giving your name, you can either give us a different one, or type "Anonymous" in name box. We will try and get to as many questions as time allows each week.
