If you are on the internet, chances are you've seen the Hillary Duff outtakes from when she tried to do her Disney Channel ID. Remember when the commercials would play and it'd be a Disney star and they'd say "hey I'm Hillary Duff from Lizzie McGuire, and you're watching Disney Channel" and they'd use a wand to make Mickey Mouse ears.
