Luke Combs and his fiancee Nicole Hocking are new 'parents' of an adopted black puppy named Jojo. Tennessee's Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue revealed the couple's happy news in a Facebook post on Wednesday (May 1).

"We are SO happy for little Jojo," the nonprofit writes, confirming that Combs and Hocking were the ones to adopt the little black dog, whose breed is not evident.

"Jojo was instantaneously drawn to Luke and looked him deep in the eyes as if to say, 'Where have you been all my life?' What a happy ending for a little country dog brought into our rescue. Can't wait to see his pictures on the tour bus!" the rescue continues.

Jojo appears to have settled into his new home quite nicely. Hocking shared the highlights of the homecoming via Instagram, which include Jojo getting a belly rub from Combs and even falling asleep on his new mom.

It's safe to say that Jojo is feeling at home!

"WELCOME TO THE FAMILY, JOJO 🐶💙MY HEART IS SO FULL!!!" Hocking writes in a post that shows Jojo at his new home.

The new addition to their family follows their engagement announcement five months ago. Hocking and Combs revealed the happy news with photos of them on vacation in Hawaii, though Combs said he actually proposed before the trip.

The rising country star is currently on his Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour through the end of the year. He'll be supported by Lanco, Jameson Rodgers, Ray Fulcher, Morgan Wallen and the Cadillac Three on select dates — and maybe Jojo? His new single with the same title will be released on Friday.
