There's a great episode of The Brady Bunch in which Peter, doing his best Humphrey Bogart impersonation, walks into the kitchen as Carol Brady and Alice are preparing dinner. They're making pork chops and apple sauce!

When I think of classic episodes of that classic sitcom, that's one that springs to mind. I think every child of the 70s and early 80s dreamed of having pork chops and applesauce for dinner.  Well, now you can!

Jim Gilles, of Hill View Farms Meats in Owensboro, KY, has created a fun twist on this recipe and it features marinated pork chops from his farm store.
