I even lost 30 lbs in 4 months by eating in reverse. By that, I mean that I ate my biggest meal in the for breakfast, then a sensible lunch and very small dinner. Basically is opposite of the was we have been trained to eat or meals. And, if you love breakfast food, this diet is for you. It worked for me, now, whether or not it made me healthier overall, not sure. I do know that I felt better though. If you want to start any diet, please consult your doctor.
