One restaurant is asking the public to keep an eye out after their food truck was stolen.

Bae Latin Food

Bae Latin Food is a restaurant located in Carmel, Indiana that specializes in Latin cuisine. According to their website, they serve a variety of food, including steak pepito, nachos, tacoLanos, arepas, and more.  They are located in Carmel but also have a food truck that frequently travels to different cities in the state.

Overnight on August 27th, Bae Latin Cuisine's food truck was stolen, and they are asking folks from all over the Hoosier State to keep an eye out.

Food Truck Stolen

Bae took to Facebook to announce that sometime around 1:30 to 2:00 AM on August 27th the food truck was stolen from the parking lot.  This food truck adds a lot of money to the local restaurant, so they were devastated when they woke to find their truck had been stolen.  So at this time the food truck could be anywhere.

Bae Latin Cuisine is asking everyone to please keep an eye out for their food truck and to call the police if you see it anywhere.  Bae posted about the missing food truck all over Facebook, including in the Evansville Food Trucks Facebook group. They are also asking that if you have any security cameras that may have captured the truck on it please keep an eye out.

I can only imagine what a devastating blow this is to a local business, and I hope their truck is returned to them in a timely fashion.
