Tis the season, (well, if you live in the Tristate, the season is 3/4 of the year) for a bunch of crud in your throat. Most of us are hacking and coughing all day.

What to do? You aren't really sick. According to higherperspectives.com, there are some natural things you can do to elevate throat and chest build up.


 

1. Simply add a teaspoon of turmeric to a warm glass of water, add half a teaspoon of salt and stir. Gargle the mixture three times daily for a few minutes.

2. Mix a tablespoon of organic honey and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, in a cup, and drink it three times daily.

3. In a larger pot, boil half a teaspoon of thyme and rosemary in water, remove from heat. Cover your head with a towel and breath in the steam. You can do this as needed.
