Honor Fest To Help Support Honor Dogs is May 6!
Honor Fest is coming up on May 6, and it's a fun way to get out, have fun, and show your support for Honor Dogs!
Honor Dogs is a great local organization that helps local wounded first responders and veterans, by setting them up with a service dog or emotional support animal (ESA). Whichever is a better fit for the individuals needs. The leaders at Honor Dogs assist the first responder or veteran, and help by teaching them through a several week program to train their dog to be a service dog or ESA, and at the end of the program that person will have a fully certified service dog or ESA. They can use either their own personal dog, or they will be set up with a rescue from a local shelter. If you're interested in learning more about Honor Dogs, or you think they could help you, you can contact them here!
Honor Fest is a fundraiser to help raise money for Honor dogs. This will be a fun filled day for the whole family, with food trucks, inflatables, a large craft fair, first responder vehicles, craft corner, and much more!
