Girl Wins Staredown With Lion [Video]

The Wellington Zoo in New Zealand has a very popular lion exhibit that the kids love, especially when the lions are up close and personal with the glass. In the fall at Mesker Park Zoo, my youngest son made a move in front of the big cat exhibit and the cat lunged at the barrier which kind of freaked everybody out for a second. The little girl in this video winds up in a staredown with a male lion who clearly sees lunch! It is amazing to watch this little girl who doesn't even flinch when the lion reacts to her..very cool.
