Here's what Evansville Museum has to say about Free Friday  on their Facebook.

Join us for our no admission, Free Friday, on July 7, 2017. The Museum and the back lawn will be open until 8:00 p.m. that evening.

Free Friday is coming soon and we have a day filled with events for you! The Museum opens at 11:00 a.m. starting with a Open Activity Lab. The lab will be until 1:00 p.m. for a hands-on, drop-in workshop led by artist Anna Marie Pavlik. Pavlik, whose art is currently featured in the Museum Art Source Gallery, will guide participants on how to make their own relief printing using foam plates. All supplies will be provided, and participants are invited to bring their own materials to create marks on the foam plates (such as rocks, keys, etc.).

To end the evening, we will have a Saturn Watch from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Have the opportunity to receive your first-hand view of Saturn and neighboring stars using powerful telescopes! We hope to see you there!

And remember - admission is free, so bring your friends!
