I have never been a person who went to the spa to get regular manicures and pedicures. But, I must admit that I will splurge, on occasion and treat myself. I've never been a fan of acrylic nails though and when I read about this toenail trend, I thought it was about the worst trend I have ever seen.

Let me make it clear, I am not a fan of feet. I only like my kid's and grandkids' baby feet, and my husband's feet.  He really has perfect feet for a man. He could be a foot model. I don't even like my own feet. So, the thought of long, fake, acrylic toenails, makes me feel queazy. Trust me, they are...wait, I feel sick. See for yourself.

I don't mean to be hateful, but there is nothing about these that is something that should be trending. Nobody wants to see these coming out of the front of sandals or flip-flops. And what about if you have to wear a closed shoe, like a tennis shoe to work or work out in. There is no way. I'm not even sure you could walk barefoot. Can you imagine how these would catch on everything, carpet, chair legs, table legs, wall corners; not to mention the sheets. OMG...I'm sick.

Now, I have seen acrylic, fake toenails that look amazing, but these, NO. I'll stick to a regular ole pedicure for my own stubby little toenails.
