Dwight Yoakam Coming To The Owensboro Sports Center

Country music legend, Dwight Yoakam will be returning to Owensboro in 2022.

You've seen Dwight Yoakam on television, you've seen him in the movies, and now you will be able to see him perform all of his hits live at the Owensboro Sports Center. That's right, the twenty-one-time nominated Grammy Award winner, Dwight Yoakam will be returning to the Tri-State for the first time since 2019.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 7th. Dwight Yoakam will be bringing his tour to the Owensboro Sports Center for a night full of great country music. You will be able to year all of your favorite Yoakam hits over the past 34 years, such as "Honky Tonk Man," "Guitars, Cadillacs," "Fast As You," "Ain't That Lonely Yet," and many more!

Tickets for his show go on sale Friday, February 18th at 10 a.m. at the Owensboro Sports Center Box Office and OwensboroTickets.com.

That being said, there will also be a special presale for WKDQ listeners that will take place the day before tickets go on sale to the general public. Thursday, February 17th, WKDQ listeners can take advantage of a special presale opportunity to purchase tickets to the concert from 10 a.m until 10 p.m. by using the presale code WKDQ.
