Bojangles’ Could Be Coming To Evansville, Newburgh, And/Or Boonville
Bring on those Bo-Berry Biscuits. Bojangles' could be bringing locations to the Tri-State.
Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits is a dining staple in some southern states. From their delicious fried chicken to their delectable Bo-berry Biscuits, you can't go wrong with anything from Bojangles'! It's a place that I like to often visit when I travel to Nashville.
There have been rumors since 2017 that the chain could build a location in Evansville. Now, according to their website, Bojangles' has the possibility to come to more cities in the Tri-State than just Evansville.
Evansville 411 News broke the news to the Tri-State that the restaurant listed available markets to open a franchise in Indiana currently on their website:
- Evansville
- Newburgh
- Boonville
- Jasper
- Clarksville
- New Albany
Available markets to open a franchise in Kentucky include:
- Henderson
- Owensboro
- Paducah
- Louisville
- Covington
As a Boonville resident, I am all for Bojangles' coming to town. It's something different than what Boonville has already, and it would serve outlying towns such as Chandler, Lynnville, Yankeetown, and Elberfield. Of course, if Newburgh got a Bojangles', it would be great for Warrick County too...but I'd much rather have Boonville be a new home for Bojangles...that way I can save on gas money going back and forth to the restaurant.
It should be noted, that this news doesn't necessarily mean that Bojangles' will be coming to these cities. However, if someone were to want to open a franchise, the possibility could become a reality. I think it's a safe bet to assume that Evansville would be the first city on that list to get a Bojangles'. Either way, I'd love to have a location here in the Tri-State.
