A few months back, all we were hearing about was the 'Occupy Wall Street' movement which was a clash between the 'one-percent' and the '99-percent'. Things have died down a little over the last few weeks, but has been reignited thanks to a wealthy California banker and the insulting tip he recently left a server in Newport Beach, CA. The banker was having lunch with some co-workers and racked up a $133 dollar tab and left a tip of $1.33, or exactly one-percent. He even went as far as to circle the word 'tip' and wrote a personal message on the receipt which said "get a real Job".

One of his lunch mates and employee actually photographed the receipt and uploaded it to a now off-line blog called Future Ex-Banker with the explanation, "Mention the 99% in my boss' presence and feel his wrath. So proudly does he wear his 1% badge of honor that he tips exactly 1% everytime he feels the server doesn't sufficiently bow down to his holiness... [He] has blatant disregard and outright contempt for everyone and everything he deems beneath him...On top of that, he's a complete and utter tool."

An official with the restaurant, True Food Kitchen, said they are trying to verify the authenticity of the receipt, and if it's real, they plan to call this guy...good luck with that kind of arrogance.
