The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director, Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." They also have them in all ages, from puppies and kittens that are weeks old to dogs and cats who have been around awhile. So there is an excellent likelihood that the VHS will have a pet that fits your lifestyle! Each week we feature a pet of the week with the VHS, in hopes of helping them find their forever homes. This week our Pet of the Week is a sweet girl who loves to play!

Meet Azora

Azora is a young girl with a gorgeous gray coat (you can have your own house hippo)! She loves to play, and does great with other dogs. In fact, she would love a doggy sibling to play with all day. Here is what the VHS has to say about Azora:

Sweet-natured Azora knows that everything is more fun with friends. At the shelter, her and Roscoe the husky have buddied and she would love finding a home with another dog in it (or an active individual to help get her boundless energy out!)
