So, maybe the shocking elimination of Pia was a slight bump in the road of my string of correct predictions.  After last night's show, I feel confident that I can play this one out til the end.  In case you missed it in yesterday's review, I said this:

Going Home – Paul (How in the world the word “Karaoke” wasn’t mentioned for his “Old Time Rock And Roll” is beyond me.  It was so just ok.  I see no star in this guy, and this was a horrible song choice…c’mon judges!  I think you’ll see just that tonight when he goes home.  BTW, Randy, don’t give a shocked look when he does.  He deserves it)"

Sure enough, it came down to Paul and Stefano.  While I was a bit nervous, I still stood strong in the end.  I hope I don't sound like I'm bragging...but, I guess I am.  Enough about me, let's talk about two high points of the show.  One was the studio quality performance of "Don't You Wanna Stay" from Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson...just lovely!

And another moment, that was great and surprising at the same time, was my least favorite remaining contestants, TEARING IT UP together, as Casey and Haley did a little scat action.  If they had been doing this all along, they might have stayed out of the bottom 3.
