  • This is probably a pretty good idea... but I bet you know someone that's given their dog whiskey before!

• Moving on to Decatur, Illinois... it's against the law to drive a car without a steering wheel
  • Some of these seem crazy, but this is a legit good law - I don't want you on the road if you don't have a steering wheel! Sounds like a bad dream!
• Now here's one that is actually pretty crazy and I bet you've done it, in Normal, Illinois it's against the law to make faces at dogs. 
  • I'm anti this law, it's dumb. It should be removed.
• Lastly, it's illegal in Chicago to go fishing in your pajamas.
