Newburgh Zombie Farm’s Special Two-Day ‘Creepy Christmas’ Event
Even though Halloween is behind us now, who says that Christmastime can't be a little scary?
One of the highlights of the Halloween season is visiting haunted houses. The thrill of the unknown things that might pop out, being scared, and really, just laughing at everyone around you freaking out is so much fun. Those haunted house events are only around for a few weeks each year, leading up to Halloween. However, there are a few Christmas-themed haunted houses that pop up around the holidays that offer the same thrills, but with a Christmas twist.
Newburgh Civitan Zombie Farm
The Newburgh Civitan Zombie Farm has been a haunted house staple in the Tri-State for over five decades now, and what's really cool is that proceeds from the Zombie Farm actually go to help local nonprofits. More than 50 volunteers, actors & staff of the Newburgh Civitan and Junior Civitan come together to put on the haunt and use the proceeds to benefit their organization, with additional proceeds being donated to other local community charities.
The Zombie Farm is a popular hotspot for frights leading up to Halloween, but that's not the only time that they will be offering scares. The organization has announced the return of "A Creepy Christmas" in 2025.

Newburgh Civitan Zombie Farm: A Creepy Christmas 2025
Once again this year, The Newburgh Civitan Zombie Farm will be hosting a special two-day fundraiser known as "A Creepy Christmas." This annual tradition is a partnership with the Warrick Humane Society. According to a press release on the Zombie Farm website, here's what you can expect:
Don't be a mean one Mr. Grinch come support Max and all of his furry buddies at a Creepy Christmas 2025!
The Humane Society will have non-creepy photo opportunities with some of their furry friends, holiday goodies, and more.
The Newburgh Civitan will have the Zombie Farm Haunted House open for those looking for a little more Holiday Fear.
This Christmas-themed haunted attraction will be open on December 5th and 6th ONLY. No-scare tours run from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Then, the full scares run 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. on both nights.
Again, this is a great way to help the Warrick Humane Society, while also having some fun holiday scares with the Grinch himself. Be sure to follow Newburgh Civitan Zombie Farm on Facebook to stay up to date with everything they have going on, and to stay in the loop for updates on a Creepy Christmas.
