If you have plans to volunteer your time during the 10-day Community Build for Mickey's Kingdom, here's where you can park and how to take advantage of shuttle service to the build site.

Parking right next to the build site is limited to staff members only (911 Gives Hope members, construction captains, etc.), with the remaining spots dedicated to both the Museum and the train museum who are operating under business as usual during the build. However, don't let that deter you from coming down to lend a hand for whatever time you can give.

Organizers of the build have dedicated public parking to volunteers in two locations. The primary location is the parking lot at 4th and Cherry Street, and the other is next to the Tropicana at 617 NW 625 Riverside Drive.

Free shuttle service is provided during the following times:

  • 1st Shift: 7:30 - 8:45 a.m.
  • 2nd Shift: Noon - 1:00 p.m.
  • 3rd Shift: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
  • End of Final Shift: 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

After a planned day off on Monday, September 17th, the Build resumes on Tuesday, September 18th at 8:00 a.m. and will continue daily from 8:00 until dark until Sunday, September 23rd.
