WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO
10 PM CST THIS EVENING...
One to two inches of snow is expected to accumulate throughout the day. Parts of Southwest Indiana and northwestern parts of Kentucky.
Please proceed with caution when heading out the door as hazardous conditions could develop as snow accumulates on the roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating snows will reach Interstate 57 in southern Illinois by the mid to late morning hours...spreading into southwest Indiana and northwest Kentucky by late morning or early this afternoon. The snow will end from west to east by late this evening.

Today
Rain and snow showers likely before 2 pm, then snow showers. High near 35. Northeast wind 8 to 13 mph becoming north northwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. The chance of precipitation is 80%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Tonight
A 20 percent chance of snow showers before 7 pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 22. North northwest wind 8 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.
Thursday
Partly sunny, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 36. North northwest wind 3 to 8 mph. Thursday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 22. Calm wind.
