Luke Bryan had to try to calm down his cheering fans long enough to allow him to introduce the talented LeAnn Rimes for a Patsy Cline tribute -- one that ended with a standing ovation from both fans and artists.

Every few years, a crop of new artists hit country music that make a big impact.  Sometimes those artists are very young with lots of talent.  Stars like Hunter Hayes and Taylor Swift got started at a very young age and it paid off in number one hits.  Here's a list of some of the youngest stars to ever claim a number one country hit!

There has been a lot of speculation lately about LeAnn Rimes and her health or lack thereof. The speculation has covered everything from an eating disorder to substance abuse. Rimes' peeps tell People that Rimes has checked into a treatment facility for her mental health, specifically, anxiety and stress.

The second album from an artist is often the one they count on to solidify them as a star. A lot of times the second album will be the biggest one of their career and make them a long-time country artist. On the other hand, sometimes the second album just doesn't have what it takes to top the first, and that's where we find these infamous sophomore slumps. ...

A well-known country artist had to cancel a show in Bowling Green, Kentucky this  weekend, and wound up hospitalized. Another star wound up filling in at the last  minute, performing a rare, intimate solo acoustic show.

Reba is on her way to the brand new Ford Center in Evansville as the first country act to perform there.  She will be bringing along The Band Perry, Steel Magnolia, and Eden's Edge.  You have to wonder if Reba will take the stage with any of these youngsters for a collaboration...
