Not a very long time ago, and in a galaxy not really that far, far away...some homeowners in North Carolina felt the Force and transformed their home theater into an homage to the most epic space story ever told - STAR WARS.

It is interesting to me that the rest of this massive home is pretty 'ordinary' looking. Don't get me wrong, it is a stunningly beautiful home - it's just quite a departure from what's going on in the theater. That one Star Wars room seems so random that I have to wonder if the home was built with that theme in mind. Perhaps the original owners sold the home and the new owners decided to make the change. Hmmm, I wonder.

'Star Wars' Home Details

The home is located at 12124 Lockhart Lane in Raleigh, North Carolina. It features 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in a total of 8,759 square feet and it sits on 1.85 acres of land. The Star Wars theater is certainly the most unique part of the house, but it's just one of many spectacular features. I mean, how about that beautiful basement, with the home gym and pool table? And how about the exterior of the home? That aerial view is absolutely stunning. So, how much will all of this luxury cost you? The asking price is $1,550,000.

Here's something to think about - if you had seemingly endless resources, and you were building or maybe renovating a home, would you incorporate a special theme, either in one area or throughout the entire home? I would imagine if you could afford to buy/build a million-dollar home, you wouldn't be too concerned with cost, right? So, what kind of theme would you go with?
