Sleeping makes us happy. People who get six to nine hours of sleep a night are less likely to be depressed than those who get pillow time. New research says,  "These results are important because they provide more information about the importance of getting enough sleep," which is usually six to nine hours a night," says Dr. Charles Bae, neurologist at the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Disorders Center in Ohio. "People may already expect that their quality of life could be decreased when they do not get enough sleep, but they may not realized sleeping too much can also have a negative impact."

It can age you prematurely, cause premature death AND make you gain weight. Hmmmmmmmmm......I think I would risk it!!!! How bout you? ;-)
