Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” Has Set A Record

Sam Hunt and his song "Body Like A Back Road" just broke a record and it almost didn't happen.

The song just broke the record for the most weeks at Number One in the history of Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. "Body Like A Back Road" has spent 25 weeks at number one. This breaks Florida Georgia Line's record of 24 weeks with their debut single, "Cruise."

The interesting thing about it is that Sam almost didn't release the song. He was afraid that people might think the lyrics objectified women. Once he finished recording it he realized that it was a fun song that could connect with a lot of people....needless to say, he was correct.
