A brand new restaurant, Pangea Kitchen, is open for mouth watering pizzas, homemade pastas, made-from-scratch mozzarella cheese, delicious gelato and more. Pangea Kitchen is located at Brinker's Jeweler's Plaza off Green River Rd. in Evansville.  I spoke with the owner, Randy Hobson and sampled some pizza, a sweet pork appetizer, and gelato - all made in their kitchen!
