North High School Green Brigade Wins Best Marching Band in the Tri-State

Congratulations to the North High School Green Brigade! 

A few weeks ago, I started collecting votes in an effort to find the best marching band in the Tri-State. I wanted to know what band worked the hardest and had the most school spirit. And while every band should be recognized for all their effort and dedication, one band in particular shined brighter than the rest - the North High School Green Brigade!

After over 5,000 votes, the Green Brigade came out on top! I was fortunate enough to be able to announce their accomplishment at their home game against Henderson this passed Friday. The crowd went NUTS. I stayed up in the sky box for the remainder of their performance and I was blown away. The amount of skill and practice that must go into something like this is incomprehensible to me.
