We have all seen it on the NBC show, To Catch a Predator, but we hoped it would never happen in the Tri-State, a grown man uses social media to prey upon young girls. But, it DID happen.

According to our media partner, tristatehomepage.com, over 30 young women, as young has 15 years old, were stalked for over a period of four years.

United States Attorney Josh Minkler announced federal charges Thursday against a Mississippi man for his alleged role in a four-year-long interstate stalking case involving young women from the Evansville area.

Orlando L. Webber, 43, has been charged with five counts of interstate stalking.

Winkler pointed out that stalking is no longer a face to face crime. Social media allows criminals to stalk from anywhere.
