One Kentucky city recently ranked as the fourth rudest in the nation. Care to guess which one?

Rude people are everywhere, let's be honest. You tend to find more of them in bigger cities because everything is more fast-paced, people are in a hurry and tend to only look out for themselves. However, even in smaller towns, you will still run into a few rude people. There's really no escaping them. When you think of Kentucky, is there one city, off the top of your head, that is ruder than the others?

The website, Preply conducted surveys in 46 US cities and asked a variety of questions regarding the rude behaviors Americans witness in their city. Tied for first: "Lack of self-awareness" and "Talking on speakerphone in a shared space." Another tie for third is between "Being loud in shared spaces" and "Watching videos or listening to music out loud in a shared space," followed by "Lack of care for others," which round out the top five. From there, they were able to determine what the rudest cities in America were by scoring responses that indicated a higher frequency of rudeness and calculating the average score for each city. Those numbers were adjusted those scores on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 representing the rudest.

Now that we have determined how the rudest cities in America were determined, let's find out more about the rudest cities in the country, more specifically, which Kentucky city found itself near the top of the list.

Kentucky City Ranks as One of the Rudest in the Country

Miami, Florida came in at number one on the list by Preply. However, not too far behind Miami is Louisville, Kentucky at number four. Louisville had a score of 8.72 out of 10 in terms of rudeness. I don't think that Louisville being on this list will come as too much of a surprise, but I was surprised by how high it ranked. Especially given the fact that it ranked much higher than New York City and Chicago.

I mean, I guess when I think about it, perhaps it's all of the traffic and construction that turns folks in Louisville into Oscar the Grouch.  Or maybe something is wrong with their Medulla Oblongata?

There are some rejections here that are real head scratchers. For others, you might be able to deduce the reason. For others still, it's kind of obvious. None in this list, however, fall into the NSFW category.
