Gather the kiddos at the Kentucky Castle for a special ball with their favorite princesses!

For those who don't know, the Kentucky Castle is a hotel, restaurant, and spa located in Versailles, Kentucky (right outside of Lexington). If you've never been before, you should! You can make it a weekend trip, staying overnight, or you can simply make it a day to take a tour and eat at their restaurant.

While just visiting is nice, The Kentucky Castle is offering a few unique events that make visiting more entertaining. These events include Murder Mystery Dinners, 21-and-over cocktail events, and various tours. However, one pretty cool event coming up would make for an unforgettable day for all of the little princesses in the area.

Royal Summer Princess Ball at The Kentucky Castle

As a proud girl dad, I am all for embracing princess parties for my daughter. She loves princesses, and getting to hang out with a princess or even multiple princesses is something that would make her very excited. Several businesses and organizations offer princess parties where your kiddos can meet and play with their favorite princesses, but how cool would it be for the kids to spend time with their favorite princesses at a real castle?

The Kentucky Castle will be hosting a Royal Summer Princess Ball that would make for a special day for kids and families all over. According to the Kentucky Castle's website, here's what guests can expect:

Join us for a Royal Summer Princess Ball with your favorite princesses at The Kentucky Castle! Put on your favorite dress or ball attire and dance the night away in the Grand Ballroom after you enjoy dinner and desserts in the Greenhouse. Our visiting Princesses will be joining our guests for dinner and dancing the entire evening! Each child’s ticket also includes a tiara to complete the full princess experience.

The Royal Summer Princess Ball will be held on August 22nd, 2026, and will feature two different time slots to choose from: 4 PM and 7 PM. On top of being able to dance and interact with the princesses in a real castle, the dinner menu looks pretty good too! It features food for kids and adults:
