Well, here we are, the last week of the regular season and the playoff picture is pretty clear, but last weekend was anything but ordinary. The Bears benched Jay Cutler, and Jimmy Clausen looked pretty good until the end of the game when a hard hit gave him a concussion, which means Cutler will start the finale this Sunday.

The Colts were throttled by the Dallas Cowboys, and last night, the Bengals took down Payton Manning and the Broncos. Payton has looked very mortal for the last three weeks and if the Broncos have any hope of returning to the big game, Payton has to find himself.

Personally, I think the Cowboys and the Packers could be headed toward an NFC conference showdown, and the Bengals could get further this year than they have since the 'Ickey Shuffle' took the country by storm.

The Colts have a long way to go for a shot at the AFC title, with all roads going through New England. The NFC might just have two teams with losing records going to the playoffs, the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons. Buckle up....it is going be a wild ride this week and through the playoffs.
