Improv comedian and television personality, Joe Gatto, will bring his stand-up comedy tour to Evansville in 2023.

Impractical Jokers is a widely popular reality comedy series on TruTV that follows real-life best friends, Q, Sal, Joe, and Murr, as they challenge each other to the most outrageous dares and stunts ever caught on hidden camera. The show has been on since 2011, and it has been one of my favorite shows to watch for years. I'd be willing to bet that I have seen every episode multiple times and it never fails to make me laugh.

The whole crew is absolutely hilarious, but my favorite Joker has always been Joe. He left the show in 2021, in season 9, but Gatto still is entertaining his fans all across the world through his stand-up comedy shows and as the co-host of the “Two Cool Moms” Podcast.

Joe Gatto Coming to Evansville in 2023

As a founding member of “The Tenderloins Comedy Troupe,” along with Sal, Murr, and Q, Joe has performed live stand-up and sketch comedy to sold-out crowds across the world, including legendary arenas such as Madison Square Garden in New York and the O2 Arena in London. The troupe has also performed in Evansville a few times in years past. Now, in 2023, Joe will be bringing his Night of Comedy Tour to Evansville, Indiana.

Joe Gatto's Night of Comedy Tour will be making a stop at the Old National Events Plaza on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 7:00 PM.

Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, December 16th at Ticketmaster.com or the Old National Events Plaza Box Office at 10 AM. They will start at $36, which is well worth the price of a night of comedy from this guy. I promise, when Joe Gatto comes to town, you won't stop laughing. You can bet that I will be there laughing nonstop!

See How Downtown Evansville Has Changed Over the Years

I find looking back on the way things used to be fascinating. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I'm living through the current time period. The conveniences of answering any question we have in seconds, or ordering practically anything we want or need and having it delivered to our doorstep is pretty sweet. But, there is something fun about seeing how things around us have evolved. As an Evansville native, and spending quite a bit of my time in downtown Evansville (that's where the station is located), I've always appreciated the older architecture of the buildings around the area. So, I dug into the Willard Library Archives to see how a few of those areas look now compared to then. Some have changed a little, others quite a bit, and a few don't even exist any more. Take a look.
