Is This the Best Mexican Restaurant in Kentucky?
One website claims that this is the best Mexican restaurant in all of Kentucky. Do you agree?
Who doesn't love a good taco? They are comfort food that has become so popular, that they even have a specific day of the week to eat them. Whether it's a soft or hard shell, there are so many ways you can prepare them. You can stuff them with chicken, steak, ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, rice, beans, pico, guacamole...you get the idea. However, when it comes to Mexican restaurants, there is so much more than tacos that you can enjoy. My personal favorite is a chimichanga. That being said, you also have the traditional staples of fajitas, taco salads, burritos, quesadillas, flautas, enchiladas, and of course, chips and queso.
Now, of course, everyone has their favorite Mexican restaurant to dine at in Kentucky. So, in terms of which one is the "best," that's pretty subjective. That being said, one food website claims that they have found the best Mexican restaurant in the entire state. I have to admit, I might be inclined to agree, mainly because they infuse Mexican food with wrestling!
The Best Mexican Restaurant in Kentucky
According to a list compiled by Finance Buzz, the best Mexican restaurant in Kentucky is Taco Luchador in Lousiville. You had me at "Taco" and really sold me at "Luchador"...which is the Spanish term for a wrestler. If there are two things in this world that I love, it's tacos and professional wrestling.
Here's what Finance Buzz had to say about Taco Luchador:
Yelp is packed with hundreds of rave reviews touting this Louisville taqueria’s eclectic and delicious menu.
Whether you’re looking to mix and match some delectable tacos or indulge in a bargain happy hour margarita pitcher (or both!), Taco Luchador has got you covered.
Have you ever had Taco Lucador before in Louisville? If you have, would you agree that it's the best Mexican restaurant in the state?
