You may or may not be surprised by which Indiana cities are among the fastest growing in 2025.

When it comes to Indiana, we have no shortage of small towns with a few big cities scattered in there, too. That being said, we have a lot of great places to live in Indiana. A few of those towns/cities have received national recognition for how great they are for residents. While the Hoosier State might be known for corn fields, tenderloin sandwiches, and the Indianapolis 500, Indiana is a great place to call home.

Fun fact for you, some Indiana cities are willing to pay you to move to their neck of the woods. The website Moving Place recently unveiled its list of the Hottest U.S. Zip Codes of 2025. They noted that they’ve seen a shift in what drives people to relocate. Usually, new or better housing, a new job, or a desire to establish an independent household are the biggest motivating factors behind a move. Interestingly, in 2025, they noticed an increase in movers citing different political ideologies, climate concerns, and affordability play a bigger role than they have in the past. The data also revealed that people are moving more toward suburbs or the edges of bigger metro areas overall.
