How to Support Evansville Charities While Eating Chick-fil-A
With Thanksgiving now officially over, we can finally turn our full attention to Christmas. While most of our focus over the next few weeks will be trying to find the perfect gift for everyone on our lists, it's also important to remember those less fortunate or in need and the organizations dedicated to assisting them. Chick-fil-A Cross Pointe on Evansville's east side knows this and they're making it super easy to support a few of those organizations all this week.
The popular franchise kicked off their first-ever "Mobile Giveback Week" on Monday. The premise is simple, each day this week they'll donate a portion of your bill to a different Tri-State based charity when you scan your order with their app.
Honor Flight Southern Indiana will be the recipient on Monday, Young Life on Tuesday, Castle High School Dance Marathon for Riley Children's Hospital on Wednesday, Evansville Rescue Mission on Thursday, and while the graphic below shows 911 Gives Hope as the beneficiary on Friday, the money raised that day will actually be donated to Cops Connecting with Kids.
