New Evansville Food Truck Serves Homemade Grippo's Mac N Cheese

It sure seems like we discover a new food truck in the Evansville area every week. That is amazing news for fellow foodies. Or should I say Food Truck Foodies...

Homemade Food Truck Grub

Last week, we introduced you to Sabor Colombia and shared their menu full of homestyle authentic Columbian dishes. We are keeping the homestyle theme this week with Shortstacks Kitchen.

Pork and Bacon

I suppose that I just could've told you about the bacon and you would be ecstatic. But Shortstacks Kitchen also has homemade sourdough bread, pulled pork, and turkey. Shortstacks does something petty special with that aforementioned bacon. It is wrapped around chicken bites and then smoked with the bbq, and drizzled with a little bbq sauce. Oh, and it has a name: Hillbilly Chicken Bites.

Andy's Mushrooms

As soon as I saw Andy on the menu, I immediately thought it must have something to do with Toy Story. That is just how my Disney brain works. It's actually Andy's special recipe Button Mushrooms.

Who wants Mac N Cheese with your Grippo's?

Shortstacks food truck already has Loaded Mac N Cheese, which is creamy, cheesy pasta with pulled pork and BBQ sauce on top. That looks like an entire meal just on its own. Now, Shortstacks has upped their own game by adding Grippo's chips on top of the Loaded Mac N Cheese.
