Evansville Horror Con

It's no secret that horror movies rarely get the recognition they deserve from mainstream pop culture, but it's safe to say fans of horror showed up and showed that the horror-loving community is alive and well in Evansville!

In March the National Guard Armory on Evansville's east side was home to the first-ever Horror Con.  A horror-themed convention put on by the same folks who bring Raptor Con to Evansville every year.  Horror Con brought all kinds of spooky vendors selling everything from books to dioramas to horror-themed artwork and much more.  They also had panels, special effects workshops, photo ops, and of course celebrity guests.

After announcing that Horror Con 2023 was a huge success and would be back in 2024, Evansville Horror Con took to Facebook to announce a new location for next year's convention.

A New Location, Same Evansville Horror Con (but Bigger)

Evansville Horror Con took to Facebook to announce that they actually outgrew the location they used for Horror Con 2023, and will be expanding in 2024 and hosting an even bigger Evansville Horror Con at the Old National Events Plaza.

So the news is out, Evansville Horror Con 2024 is moving to a larger home at the Old National Events Plaza and in true Horror Con nature everything is getting bigger! More Horror, More Fun, and more of the event you know and love.
