If you felt sick after viewing the Eclipse, you are not alone! Thousands of people across the country reported feeling ill after watching the Solar Eclipse on Monday. Here is the reason why!

The reason is "Flickering". This is caused by switching between lots of light and darkness. So if you went back and forth with your Eclipse glasses to the bright sun you could trigger "Flickering" in your body.

"Flickering" could lead to headaches, nausea, dizzy spells, migraines, and more!

The good news is that the symptoms should only last 24 hours before your body get backs to normal.
