Decorating Downtown Henderson Could Win You Cash [Contest]

COVID has put a pause on a lot of our favorite events this year. The W.C. Handy Blues & Barbecue Festival, Tri-Fest and high school sports are just a few of the things we've missed out on. But there is at least one thing that this pandemic can't take away, and that's Christmas decorations!

Now, you might think it's a little early to be talking about Christmas decorations, but if you have a business or home in Downtown Henderson, you should start planning your decor now.

The Downtown Henderson Partnership is hosting the 'Deck the Downtown' contest. We really want to see Henderson turn into a winter wonderland, and brighten 2020 a bit. Business are encouraged to think 'Outside the gift box', and get creative with their displays. You can decorate the windows and displays, and the fun can even continue into your shop or restaurant.

You have a little time to get things ready before the voting begins December 13 through December 20, 2020. You would probably like to know about the prizes, right?
