I loved interviewing these two women. They were so full of positive energy. Their smiles were contagious. I had to think that a big part of this is the fun and encouraging work environment they get to experience every day they are at their job.

Both Marci and Toya spoke of how Chuckles works around their schedules. I can tell you that a flexible work schedule is so important. Many times If you work somewhere that gets upset when you have to leave a little early or come in a little late because you need to take your child to the doctor, find another job.
