We go camping every October, and my husband always brings his smoker and smokes a brisket, it's one of my favorite traditions. There's nothing like the smell of a brisket smoking while enjoying the nature views, and time around the bonfire.    If you're looking to sign up for Spring Mill State Park's BBQ Smoke-Off you can get registered here.
