They've been called "Country's Barbie and Ken" or even the "Sonny and Cher of Country."  No matter what you call them, you better be at Hoosier's Lounge inside Casino Aztar when they come to perform March 23 and 24.  They are Burns and Poe, and you will be entertained by their music and their sense of humor.

Keith Burns was one-third of the group Trick Pony, while Michelle Poe has played bass for the likes of Dierks Bentley and Hank Williams, Jr.  So, with a ton of music experience between the two of them, Burns and Poe know how to put on one great show.  But, in our case it's not one great show, it's 4 great shows.  The performances are free, and will be Friday, March 23rd at 8pm and 10pm, then the same times again on the 24th.

Make sure you listen to WKDQ for a chance to win reserved seats to see them, as well as dinner for two in Casino Aztar's newest restaurant, Riverside Cookery.  All our winnners of those prizes will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize package which also includes an overnight stay at Casino Aztar on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning at Temptations buffet, plus you'll be able to meet Keith and Michelle.

Burns and Poe have been a regular guest on my show, whenever they're in town, and we've become great friends.  Take a look at this video from their first trip to the WKDQ studios in 2010.
