Country music artist, Brett Young will be bringing his new tour to Evansville in 2025 and we will have your chance to win tickets.

2025 is shaping up to be quite the year for country music concerts in Evansville. So far, we know of a few concerts coming to town like Cody Johnson, Rascal Flatts, Dwight Yoakam, Clint Black, Blackberry Smoke, and Kane Brown. That's a lot of big concerts, and we are just getting started! More shows will be announced for 2025 as the year gets underway. However, we now know of another concert that we can add to that list.

Brett Young is Coming to Evansville in 2025

Ever since his self-titled debut in 2017, Brett Young has captured the hearts of fans everywhere through his soulful ballads, honest lyrics, and West Coast-meets-Southern sound. Throughout the years, Brett has had a total of seven number one hits that include: “In Case You Didn’t Know”, “Mercy”, “Sleep Without You”, “Like I Loved You”, “Here Tonight”, “Catch”, and “Lady”.

Brett Young was last in Evansville in 2019. I was at that concert and enjoyed every second of it. Surprisingly, it has been over five years since he made his way to Evansville, but that's all about to change in 2025! Brett Young will be bringing his "Back to Basics World Tour 2025" to the Victory Theatre on March 15th!

See How Downtown Evansville Has Changed Over the Years

I find looking back on the way things used to be fascinating. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I'm living through the current time period. The conveniences of answering any question we have in seconds, or ordering practically anything we want or need and having it delivered to our doorstep is pretty sweet. But, there is something fun about seeing how things around us have evolved. As an Evansville native, and spending quite a bit of my time in downtown Evansville (that's where the station is located), I've always appreciated the older architecture of the buildings around the area. So, I dug into the Willard Library Archives to see how a few of those areas look now compared to then. Some have changed a little, others quite a bit, and a few don't even exist any more. Take a look.
